Ionia Sentinel Standard, 10 May 1944

Frank L. Cherry, 79, for the past year a resident of Saranac, died suddenly
Tuesday evening as the result of a heart attack.  He was born March 2, 1865, in
Richmond, Va., and moved to Saranac from Chicago.  His only survivor is the
widow, Lulu.  The body was taken to Detroit Wednesday afternoon for cremation.
