The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, June 20, 1961
Mrs. Lulu Mills Cherry, 88, a former resident of Saranac, died Sunday at a 
Lowell convalescent home.  She was born at Columbia City, Ind., August 31, 
1872.

Service will be held at 9 o’clock Wednesday morning at Morris funeral home in 
Saranac with the Rev. Marin J. DeVinney of Lowell officiating.  Burial will be 
at South Bend, Ind.
