The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, June 6, 1955
Pvt. John Chiello, 19, of 509 West Washington Street died at University of 
Michigan Hospital Sunday.  Pvt. Chiello was born December 28, 1935 in 
Brooklyn, New York.  He graduated from the academy in 1953 and entered the 
Army January 27, 1955.  Survivors are his parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Anthony 
Chiello, one brother, Dan at home, one sister, Lucille at home and a 
grandfather, John Chiello of Long Island, New York.  The body will be released 
to the Myers funeral home and funeral arrangements will be announced later.
