E. Choate, this morning at the advanced age of 84 years. The deceased was an old resident of this city having lived here and in this vicinity for nearly thirty years. For the past two years he has been confined to the house and has been a great sufferer and a constant care. He was born in Canada and came to Michigan 28 years ago. He leaves four sons and two daughters, Zach Choate, of Wood’s Corners, Chris Choate, of Otisco, John Choate, of Bristol, W. E. Choate, of this city, Mrs. Marian Anderson of Grand Rapids and Mrs. James Meginley of Belding. Arrangements for the funeral have not yet been made.
