Lake Odessa Wave - Wed. April 13, 1983

WILLIAM J. CHORLEY

SARANAC- William J. Chorley, 89, 608 6th Avenue, Lake Odessa, died April 6 at 
Provincial House in Hastings.

He was born Aug.7, 1893 in Odessa township, the son of Frederick and Susie 
Thompson Chorley.

He married Tina Oliver Sept.2, 1916 in Ionia, and she preceded him in death in 
1974.

Two sons also preceded him in death.

Surviving are one daughter, Zenah Shaw of Haslett; eight grandchildren and 15 
great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were Saturday at 1 p.m. from the Lake Funeral Home in Saranac, 
with the Revs James and Royal Bailard officiating.

Burial was in the Clarksville Cemetery
