Thomas Lee Christiansen, 76, of Palo, loving husband, father and grandfather 
passed away on Monday, June 14, 2010.  He was born on Nov. 20, 1933 in Trufant, 
the son of Richard and Tia Christiansen.

Thomas retired from General Motors after 30 years of service.  He enjoyed 
hunting, fishing, playing cards and especially spending time with his 
grandchildren.  On July 18, 1953 he married Shirley Smith and together they 
shared 56 years of marriage.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Donald Christiansen and 
Richard Christiansen.

Surviving are his wife and four children; 14 grandchildren; eight great 
grandchildren, four sisters and a brother.  

Arrangements by Schrauben-Lehman Funeral home in Ionia.  Interment in Palo 
Cemetery.
