Clarksville Citizen Dead At Hospital

E.E. Church, Civil War Veteran, Was Well-Known Mason.

Clarksville, November 20. – E. E. Church, a prominent and well-known resident 
of this vicinity passed away at Blodgett hospital in Grand Rapids Sunday 
morning.  Mr. Church had been in the hospital for the past seven weeks, the 
cause of death being kidney trouble.  Mr. Church is a veteran of the Civil 
war.  He is also a member of the Masonic fraternities.  The funeral will held 
some time on Wednesday.  Mr. Church was at the time of his death 77 years of 
age.

Mr. Church is survived by his wife and one son, Verne Church and family of 
Lansing and one daughter, Miss Lena Church, who lives at home and four 
grandchildren.  Mr. Church also leaves a host of friends.  Mr. Church …
