Howard T. Clack, 91, of Greenville, formerly of Ionia, passed away February 25, 
2014 in Grand Rapids.  He was born July 25, 1922 in Rankin, Mississippi the son 
of John P. and Nellie E. (McRight) Clack.  Howard married Margaret Smith August 
11, 1943.  She passed away in 1996.  He was a WWII veteran serving in the 
United States Army. 

Howard is survived by his son, Howard Clack Jr. and Karen Clack of Greenville; 
grandchildren, Tim Clack and fiance’ Champagne Starkweather of Ionia, and Devin 
Clack of Greenville.  He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, three 
brothers and one sister. 

Funeral Services will be held at the Lake Funeral Home in Ionia, Monday March 
3, 2014 at 2 p.m. with Pastor Greg Gladding officiating.
