Ionia Standard, 29 Oct 1897

O. Claflin, who has been seriously ill for some time, died about 4 o’clock 
Wednesday afternoon, at King’s hotel.  Funeral services will be in charge of 
Boston lodge No. 146, F. & A.M., of which order he was a member, and will take 
place Saturday at 2 p.m.
