Ionia Sentinel-Standard - Wed. Jan. 31, 1990


MARION, Ky. - Betty Lou Claghorn, 44, of Marion, Ky., a former Ionia resident, 
died Jan. 25 in Gatewood Medical Center, London, England.

She was born Aug. 1, 1945, in Ionia, the daughter of William and Verla Adgate, 
and attended Ionia schools.

She is survived by her husband Larry; twin daughters, Rachel and Sarah, at 
home, and a son, Morrison, also at home; her father, William Adgate of Florida 
and Ionia; and a sister, Gloria Crandall, of Battle Creek. 

Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. from the Marion United Methodist 
Church, Marion, Ky.

Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, also in Marion.

the family will be at Gilbert Funeral Home, 117 West Belleville, Marion, Ky. 
42064, from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
