Betty H. Clark, 68, of Belding died March 7, 1995, at Butterworth Hospital, in 
Grand Rapids.  She was born Feb. 13, 1927, in Cadillac, the daughter of Joseph 
and Wilma Loveless Bruyette.  She graduated from Ionia High School in 1945, and 
attended Western Michigan University.  She was a member and Sunday school 
teacher at Green Corners Baptist Church.  She was a former member and Sunday 
school teacher at Alto Baptist Church and Lakewood Baptist Church.  She and her 
husband farmed in Ionia County for 31 years.

She is survived by her husband Donald; two daughters, Linda Wabeke of Grand 
Rapids and Nancy (Fran) Rodriguez of Lake Odessa; one son, Steven F. (Minnie) 
Clark, of Ionia; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; her mother, 
Wilma Bruyette, of Ionia; and one sister Judy (Jack) Guild of Ionia.  She was 
preceded in death by her daughter Cathy, in 1963, and her father, Joseph F. 
Bruyette, in 1985.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Green Corners Baptist Church.  
The Rev. Paul C. Leslie will officiate.  Burial will follow at 2 p.m. at Alton 
Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7 
to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Cook Funeral Home in Ionia.  Memorials may be made to 
Green Corners Baptist Church, Mission Fund.
