                                CLARK

Darla Dean Clark, age 73, of Saranac, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, 
December 13, 2022. Darla was born on July 1, 1949, the daughter of Lewis and 
Helen (Mull) Gould in Grand Rapids. On October 24, 1992, she was married Douglas 
Clark.

She enjoyed crafting, thrift shopping, yard sales and gardening. She especially 
loved spending time with her friends and family, antiquing, gardening and 
playing card with her friends at the American Legion.

Darla is survived by her daughters, Buffi Conroe (Scott Brazee) of Potterville 
and Kristi (Dennis) Albert of Belding; brothers, Jerry (Mary) Harkness of 
Lansing and L.A. Gould of Oklahoma; sister, Marie Rockefellow of Ionia; 
grandchildren, Kaiden Tyler (Ashley Hawkins), Kameron Conroe, Gabriel Albert, 
William Albert, Bridget Albert and Molly Albert.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Husband Doug; and siblings, Pauline 
Lilly, David Harkness, Marjarie Larabee, Janet whitener, Mary Carrick and Ruth 
Ann Gould.

Funeral services will be held at 11 Am, Saturday,December 17, at the Lake 
Funeral Home in Ionia with Pastor Nancy Patera officiating. Visitation will be 
from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be 
made to the American Legion Post 175 or the American Breast Cancer
