Mrs. Clark died Friday morning at a convalescent home at Auburn. She had formerly been a resident of Lake Odessa for many years, where her husband was a rural mail carrier. He died February of 1936. Mrs. Clark had been a resident of the Bay City area for about 35 years. Surviving are two sons, Edson of Auburn, Andrew of Pinconning. Two daughters, Dorothy and Daisy, preceded their mother in death. Funeral service was conducted at 3 p.m. from the Taylor funeral home at Auburn Sunday at 3 p.m. Another Publication: The Ionia County News, Thursday, January 9, 1958 Mrs. Alice Victoria Clark, 92, widow of Seth Clark, died Friday morning at a convalescent home at Auburn from pneumonia. She had been a resident of the Bay City area for about 35 years and was a former local resident. While here at Lake Odessa, Mr. Clark served as rural mail carrier. He died in February, 1936. Funeral services were held at Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa, Monday at 1:00 p.m. Rev. A. J. Pitman officiated at the local service.
