Gerald K. Claycomb, 75, formerly of Ionia, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 20, 
2008.

He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Alice Claycomb of Ionia 
and by three brothers, Bruce and Rick of Ionia, and Ted of Arkansas.

Gerald is survived by three children, Tammy of Ionia and Kenneth and Sharon of 
Traverse City and one grandson, Michael of Traverse City. He is also survived 
by two sisters, Shirley (Joe) Fedewa of Greenville and Barb (Roland) Uppiano 
of Joseph, Ore.; brothers, Ronald (Barb) Claycomb of Ionia, Dennis Claycomb 
and Kathy of Hastings and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at the Grand Rapids home for the Veterans at 3000 Monroe 
Avenue, NW, Grand Rapids on Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2008 at 1 p.m. Visitation will 
begin at noon.
