Sentinel-Std. - Thursday, Jan. 12, 1961

A former Ionia resident, George E. Clements, 77, died at Saratoga hospital in 
Detroit, January 11.

He operated a bakery in Ionia about 30 years ago before moving to Detroit. He 
was married about 18 years ago to Mrs. Iva (unreadable) of Ionia, who survives 
him. Funeral will be held at Harper-Mulligan funeral home, 16450 Hamilton 
avenue, Highland Park, Friday at 1 p.m. Burial will be at Detroit.
