The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Saturday, January 15, 1921

The funeral for Mrs. Walter Clifford was held at the residence, 350 King 
street, Friday afternoon at 2:30.  The funeral was very largely attended and 
the floral offerings were many and beautiful.  The bearers were all relatives 
of Mrs. Clifford: Art Clifford, Lish Clifford, Henry Clifford, Sam Clifford.  
Rev. M. H. Garrand of the Church of Christ officiated.  The music was 
furnished by  Mrs. Eugene Smith and Mrs. Willis Peck.  Burial took place in 
Highland Park cemetery.
