Mary Ellen Clifford, 51, of Ionia, passed away May 17, 2000, at Metron of 
Belding.

She was born in Pontiac on Aug. 16, 1948 to Lyle Clifford and Katherine M. 
Parker.

She graduated from Ionia High School in 1966.

She is survived by two brothers; two sisters; two nieces and two nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother in 1971 and her grandparents, Allen and 
Grace Parker and Same and Lena Clifford; one uncle, Stuart (Minnie) Parker.

Her hands were alwaya busy enjoying knitting, crocheting and bead work.  She was 
also a girl scout leader.
