Ester L. Clifford, 85 of Belding, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at Metron
of Belding.  Ester was born on Sept. 26, 1929, in Maple Rapids, the daughter of
John and Elizabeth (Badder) White.  In earlier  years, Ester had worked for
Chrysler Corp, at the Lyons Trim Plant, retiring in 1973.  She loved family
time, especially with her grandchildren, crocheting and doing crafts.  She will
be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Ester was married on Jan. 18, 1952, in Belding, to Frank L. Clifford and he
preceded her on May 4, 1992.  She was also preceded in death by her son, Leo L.
“Bud” Clifford; her parents; two brothers, Melbert, Robert; and two sisters,
Anna and Bertha.

Ester is loved and survived by her children, Margie and Larry Harger of
Moorehaven, Florida, Frank and Deana Clifford Jr., Linda and Don Marsh, Marcia
Clifford, all of Belding, Liz and Don Hysell of Stanwood; 22 grandchildren; 36
great-grandchildren, 28 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Bernice Johnson
of Fenwick.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Johnson-Feuerstein Funeral Home,
Belding with Pastor Ken Harger officiating.  Visitation will be Friday from 5-7
p.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will be in the spring in Orleans Township
Cemetery.  Memorials may be given to the Alvah N. Belding Library.
