Belding Banner-News, 29 Apr 1965

Mrs. Adeline E. Clifford, 7692 Ashley Ave., R-3, Belding, died April 22 in
Bradenton Fla.  Mrs. Clifford was 72 years of age and was born July 11, 1892 in
West Branch.  A member of St. Joseph’s Catholic church, Mrs. Clifford also
belonged to Grattan Grange and the Social Club of Manatee Trailer Park,
Bradenton, Fla.

Surviving besides her husband, Guy, are two daughters, Mrs. Helen Bates,
Charleston, S.C. Mrs. Phyllis Lipsey, Charlotte, Mich.; ten grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at St. Joseph Catholic church with
Rev. Fr. Charles E. Steves officiating.  Burial was in St. Joseph cemetery. 
Rosary was recited Monday evening at the Huffman Funeral Home.  Pallbearers were
Phillip Heffron, Edward Heffron, Vern Niesen, Melvin Reminder, Clayton Heffron
and Clifford Pangborn.
