Sentinel-Std. - Thursday, July 16, 1933

Mrs. Mable B. Clough, 63, died at her home north of Muir at 6 a.m. 
Wednesday.

Mrs. Clough was born Sept. 29, 1889, at Sheridan, the daughter of Mr. and 
Mrs. Lewis Morgan. She moved to Muir at an early age and attended the Muir 
and Lyons schools. 

Jan. 11, 1907 she was married to Herbert C. Clough.

Surviving besides her husband are a daughter, Miss Esther Clough of Lansing 
and a brother, Bert Morgan of Ionia.

Mrs. Clough was a member of the Muir Church of Christ and the Portland 
Orange No. 174. She was a past president of the Orange Thimble club and a 
past lecturer of Ionia County Pomona Grange.

Funeral service will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. at the Muir Church of 
Christ. The body will be at the Shaw-Rivett funeral home until time of the 
services.

Interment will be in the Muir cemetery.

MRS. MABLE CLOUGH
Mrs. Mable Clough of Muir died Wednesday morning after a lingering illness. 
She is the wife of Herbert Clough.

The body was taken to the Shaw-Rivett funeral home in Muir.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
