CLOVER SARANAC - Donald E.Clover, 77, of Saranac, died July 17, at his residence. He was born January 2, 1911, in Reddick, Illinois, the son of Frank and Hattie Brownsey Clover. Clover was a graduate of Reddick High School, life member of Tuscan Lodge 178 Free and Accepted Masons of Hubbardston, Carson City United Methodist Church. He was also a farmer in the Muir area.He retired and moved to Saranac in 1986. He was married to Gladys Lower in 1932, and she preceded him in death in June of 1980; He remarried to Dorothy Shepler of Hubbardston and she preceded him in death in July 1985. Clover is survived by three sons, Lyle and James of Ionia and Duane of Bronson; one daughter, Lorraine Sygnicki of Bronson; 14 grandchildren and five great- grandchildren; one brother, Merrald Clover and two sisters, Alta Yasenachek and Lotus Grab, all of Dwight, Illinois. Masonic services will be July 19, at 8 p.m., at Hull Memorial Chapel in Muir, with the Rev.William Dornbush officiating. Burial will be in Muir Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for the Zion Unite Methodist church, in care of the funeral home. Additional Comments: Muir Cem.
