The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, March 12, 1935
Funeral services for Loren Calvin Clum, 51, were conducted from his home in 
Campbell township Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock by Rev. Carey, pastor of the 
Progressive Dunkard church.  Interment was held at Lakeside cemetery in Lake 
Odessa.  Mr. Clum’s death occurred Sunday March 10, following a long illness.  
He was a life-long resident of Lake Odessa and a member of the Progressive 
Dunkard church.  He married Miss Lucy Hunt, of Odessa township, who survives 
him with four children, Mrs. Beatrice Blough, of Campbell; Mrs. Flossie Fields 
of Freeport; Clare and George at home.  Five brothers, Lewis of Campbell 
township; Everett of Woodland; Andrew of Detroit; Sherman of Grand Rapids; and 
Glenn of Hastings, and one sister, Mrs. John Zuchnitt of Campbell township 
also survive.
