   IONIA SENTINEL STANDARD, MI; 4-8-1923, front page:  "THIRD DEATH IN THREE
YEARS IN ORANGE FAMILY - Mrs. Leah Chamberlain-Cochrun Passed Away Tuesday
Afternoon. - For the third time within the past two years death has entered the
home of A. B. Chamberlain, of Orange township, and claimed as its victim Mrs.
Leah Chamberlain-Cochrun, whose death occured on Tuesday afternoon.  Mrs.
Cochrun was the wife of Ezra Cochrun, and was born in the same house where death
occured, 25 years ago the thirty-first day of last December.
   Although Mrs. Cochrun's health had not been the best during the past year,
the news of her death came as a shock to her many friends.  January 26 the
little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cochrun passed away.  Mrs. Cochrun's mother died
two years ago.
   Mrs. Cochrun is survived by her husband, a three-year-old son, her father, A.
B. Chamberlain; two sisters, Mrs. John Cochrun and Miss Pearl Chamberlain.
   The funeral will be held from the residence  Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. 
Rev. _. _. _____ will officiate.  Burial will take place in the Balcom cemetery."
