SHERIDAN- Lyle E. Coe, 71, of 8794 Colby Road, Crystal, died Saturday at Carson 
City Hospital.

He was born Oct. 22, 1920, in Otter Lake, Mich., the son of Elmer and Iva 
Elbert Coe.

He was married to the former Joan G. Heal  on Feb. 19, 1955, at Davison, Mich.; 
she survives.

Also surviving are three sons, Mark Coe of Crystal, Gary Coe of Sheridan, and 
Glen Coe of Stanton; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, Viola White.

A longtime resident of the Montcalm-Ionia County areas, he was retired from 
General Motors as a tool and die maker. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War 
II and was a member of the Carson City American Legion Post, No.0380.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday from the Stebbins and Simpson 
Funeral Home, Sheridan, with the Rev. Kenneth Harger of Shiloh Community Church 
officiating.

Burial will be in Eastwood Memorial Gardens at Davison. Graveside services will 
be held at 2 p.m. at the cemetery.

The family will be at the funeral home Monday (today) from 2 to 4 p.m. and 78 
to 8:30 p.m.
