The man had suffered from tuberculosis since last April. He was born in Livingston county, Mich., 58 years ago and had been a resident of this village for about five years, moving here from Orange township. The widow and a son, Elmer Coffey, survive. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon and burial took place in Portland Cemetery.
