She had been ill for about three months having suffered from apoplexy. Her only son, John Colbath, is employed in the business office of the Hayes- Ionia Company in Grand Rapids. Her illness had been considered critical for about six weeks. A sister, Mrs. Charles Colby, lives in Battle Creek and another sister is in the south. The funeral service will be held from the residence of Mr. and Ms. Oscar Pearce in South Ionia Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Burial will be at Highland Park cemetery.
