The Lowell Ledger, November 22, 1917

Mrs. Jennie Cole, wife of Earl Cole, confectioner and fruit dealer, of Lowell, 
died Friday morning at a Greenville hospital at the age of 27 years.  Funeral 
services were held at the Greenville Congregational church Sunday at 1 p.m., 
Pastor Parsons officiating; burial at Belding, her former home.

Mrs. Cole’s maiden name was Jennie Keeler, her birth place and girlhood home 
was Grand Ledge.  She was united in marriage to Earl Cole eight years ago; and 
the young husband with a little son of five years, mourns the untimely death 
of the wife and mother.  Mrs. Cole is also survived by two sisters and a 
brother.
