Ionia County News, 5 Jun 1947

Mrs. Myrtle Todd Cole, 64, resident of Belding most of her life, died Friday
afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Delbert Cole at Hazel Park, after a
long illness.  She suffered from a heart ailment.

She was born May 8, 1883, at St. Louis.  She was the former Myrtle Every.  Mrs.
Cole was a member of the Church of God.

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Cole, Hazel Park, and Mrs. Earl Hammond,
Belding; two sons, Clarence Todd and Rev. William Todd, of Grand Rapids, and
eight grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, at Ellis Funeral Home.  Rev.
W.F. Lane, of Kalamazoo, officiated.  Burial was in Riverridge cemetery.
