Ionia Sentinel Standard, 23 Feb 1980

Battle Creek – Marion A. Coleman, 79, formerly of Ionia, died early Friday
morning at Lakeview General Hospital in Battle Creek, where she had been a
patient for 12 days.  She was born in Ionia Feb. 1, 1901, the daughter of Walter
Rushford and Mary Jane Shattuck.  Mrs. Coleman lived in Ionia until 1922, when
she moved to Battle Creek.

She married Glenn F. Coleman June 22, 1925.  She is survived by her husband; one
daughter, Mrs. William (Leona) Lipps of Battle Creek; one grandson; and three
great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Richard A. Henry Funeral Home in
Battle Creek.  Burial is scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday at the Highland Park
Cemetery in Ionia.
