Collier, Comstock Park, formerly of Ionia, were conducted there Tuesday at 10 o’clock. He died Saturday at his home, 2519 North Colorado Street, at the age of 53. He was a Spanish-American war veteran survived by his wife, two daughters, two sons; his mother, Mrs. Mary (unreadable), Daisy Collier and brother George Collier all having lived for a time in Ionia. Mr. Collier was formerly connected with the election bureau and was a member of the executive committee of the 28th ward republican club. He served with the 34th Michigan volunteer infantry of the Spanish-American war.
