The Belding Banner-News, Wednesday, February 8, 1922

Mrs. John Collier, aged 80 years, well known and respected resident of Broas 
street, died at her home Friday night at about eleven o’clock, after a day’s 
illness caused by apoplexy.

Funeral services were held from the home, Monday afternoon at two o’clock, 
Rev. Gaffin, of the Free Methodist church officiating and burial was in 
Orleans cemetery.  Mrs. Collier is survived by her husband and two sons 
Seright and Ora Collier.
