W. Collier, of Belding. Born May 10, 1842, died March 28, 1925. He was a volunteer of the Civil war and served four years. A member of the Free Methodist church, a loving father and kind neighbor, always ready with a helping hand and word of sympathy. He will be greatly missed in his home and the community. He leaves to mourn their loss three children, a daughter, Mrs. Lulu Weed, of Spokane, Washington, and two sons, Seright and Ora. The funeral was held at the home of his son, Ora, at two o’clock Tuesday, March 31. Interment at Orleans.
