Lake Odessa Wave
          LEON (TINY) COLLINS
   LAKE ODESSA -- Leon (Tiny) Collins, 61, of 2834 Staines Road, Staton, formerly of
Lake Odessa, died Sunday in Pennock Hospital, Hastings.
   Born Sept. 18, 1922, in Barry County, Harvey and Edna McGound Collins. He
attended Lake Odessa Schools and was married to Dorene Wacha June 9, 1956.  They made 
their home in Lake Odessa until moving to Stanton in 1960.
   He was employed by General Tire for 23 years, retiring in 1975.
   He was a member of Calvary United Brethren Church of Lake Odessa.
   Surviving are his wife;  four sons, Lonnie of Ada, Harvey and Dallas of Staton
and William of Lake Odessa; three daughters, Melody of Lake Odessa;  June and Kim of 
Staton;  four grandchildren;  and two sisters, Mary Waldren of Lake Odessa  and Bessie 
Richey of Hastings.
   Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. from the Pickens-Koop Funeral
Chapel, Lake Odessa, the Rev. George Speas officiating.
   Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
