The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, June 30, 1952
Mrs. Edna E. Collins, 79, of Route 1, Portland, who died Friday at her home, 
was buried in Lakeside cemetery at Lake Odessa following services at the 
Pickens funeral chapel.  The services were conducted by the Rev. Inez Martz.

Mrs. Collins is survived by her daughters, Mrs. Louise Leonard of Adrian, Mrs. 
Bessie Richie of Hastings, Mrs. Gertrude Straton of Middleville, Mrs. John 
Waldron of Lake Odessa, and Mrs. Perry Heaven of Lake Odessa, and sons, Ernest 
and Leon at home, Forest of Irving, and Elmer of Lake Odessa.

Services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday with interment Monday.
