The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, March 23, 1931

Montie Colwell, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Colwell, of South Ionia, died 
Saturday afternoon shortly after birth.  Brief services were conducted by Dr. 
W. F. Kendrick Sunday afternoon at 3:30.  The burial was in Tuttle cemetery.
