          CORA B. COLWELL DIES AT IONIA
   Mrs. Cora B. Colwell, 90, widow of R. A. Colwell, well known Ionia attorney, died
Friday morning at the Ionia 
Manor.
   She was born Feb. 27, 1880 in Sebewa Township, the daughter of Cyrus F. and
Almira C. Braden.
   On June 29, 1904, she was married to Raymond A. Colwell of Lake Odessa, who died
July 24, 1948.
   Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Franklin Hoar of Livonia ad Mrs. Charles Cook
of Ypsilanti, and four 
grandchildren.
   Services were held Monday afternoon at 1:00 o'clock at the Myers Funeral Home,
with burial in Lakeside 
Cemetery, Lake Odessa.
   Members of the Braden and McCartney families of Lake Odessa attended services
from Mrs. Colwell.
