Ionia Sentinel-Standard, July 14, 1978
Leroy A. Comer, 25, of 7090 Steadman road, Fenwick, died early Friday morning 
of injuries received in an automobile accident.

He was born January 17, 1953 in Belding, the son of Russell and Ethel Vierk 
Comer.

He married the former Sharon Covell in Palo August 5 1972.

A graduate of Ionia high School in 1971, he was a member of Palo 4-H clubs for 
eight years, attended Palo United Methodist church and was a member of Future 
Farmers of America and the wrestling team at Ionia High School. He was also a 
member of Time band.

Survivors include his wife; one daughter; three stepsons and his parents, Mr. 
and Mrs. Russell Comer.
