The Belding Banner, Thursday, March 1, 1900

Old Mrs. Compton of White’s bridge died Friday morning of apoplexy.  The 
funeral services were held Sunday with interment at the Marble cemetery.

Mrs. Eber Compton was found dead in bed Thursday morning.  The funeral was 
held at the Keene church at 12 o’clock Sunday.
