The Ionia Sentinel-Standard, Monday, October 13, 1966

Guy W. Comstock, 85, route 2, Fenwick died Thursday morning at the Sheridan 
Community hospital.  Mr. Comstock, son of Jared V. and Dora Hayes Comstock, 
lived on a farm in Bushnell township for the past 85 years.  He was a life 
member of Palo lodge 203 F&AM and a life member of Palo lodge 204 Eastern 
Star.  A member of the Palo Methodist church and the Ionia County Farm Bureau.

He married Helen M. Anderson in 1905.  Surviving are his wife, a daughter, 
Mrs. Clayton Marble, route 2, Fenwick and one grandchild.

Funeral services will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at the Stebbins funeral home in 
Sheridan.  The graveside services under the auspices of the Palo Masonic lodge 
203.  Burial in Palo cemetery with Rev. Ralph Kline officiating.

Subsequent Publication:  October 17, 1966

Funeral services for Guy W. Comstock were Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Stebbins 
funeral home in Sheridan.  Bearers were Julius Truesdell, Edgar McKendry, Lee 
Sloan, Lyle Dickerson, Ralph Safford and Carl Wingeier.

Burial was in Palo cemetery with Rev. Ralph Kline officiating.
