Sentinel-Std. - Monday, 7 June 1948

Mrs. Myra E. Confer, 75, wife of George W. Confer, died at her Muir home Monday 
morning at 7 o'clock.

She was born June 5, 1873, in Elkhart, Ind., and was married November 30, 1889.

She leaves her husband, a son, Ross, of Muir, a daughter, Mrs. Clare Husted of 
Lansing; three grandchildren: Clare Confer of Muir, Mrs. June Benner of Portland and

Shirley Husted of Lansing, and a great grandson, Raymond Benner.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Muir 
Church of Christ with Dr. Paul Stewart officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood 
cemetery. The body will rest at the home until time of service.
