Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, 29 Sep 1932

William E. Conner, a lifelong resident of Ionia county, died in Saranac 
Wednesday morning.  Funeral services will be conducted at the home Friday 
afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Saranac Congregational church by Rev. E. H. 
Humphrey.  Burial will be in Easton cemetery.

Mr. Conner was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Levi Conner and born in Easton, August 
5, 1864.  He had lived near Muir for a number of years and the past four years 
had lived in Saranac.  Two years ago he suffered a stroke and although he had 
been up and around the house he had never been well again.  Several weeks ago 
he suffered the second stroke and has steadily failed since. 

His widow survives.
