Mary E. Conner, Easton Resident, Taken by Death

Mrs. Mary E. Conner, for many years a resident of Easton township, died at her 
home Thursday evening.  She had been ill about a year and a half, suffering 
with cancer.

She was born 69 years ago on a farm near Niles, and was the daughter of Mr. and 
Mrs. William Olmstead.

Besides her husband, Levi Conner, she is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Frank 
Sharp, of Easton; Mrs. J.C. McAnincha, of Waitesberg, Wash., and Mrs. Lillian 
M. Beall, of Niles.  She is also survived by two brothers, Milton Olmstead, of 
Spokane, Wash., and Frank Olmstead, of Minneapolis, Minn.

A prayer service will be held at the home Saturday morning at 9 o’clock.  The 
funeral party will drive to Grand Rapids, and take the train to Niles, where 
the funeral and burial service will take place.
