Ionia Sentinel Standard, 3 Sep 1968

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Mae Conner, 85, will be Wednesday at 2 pm at
Myers funeral home with Rev. Lester Bailey officiating.  Interment will be at
Easton cemetery.  Mrs. Connor who lived at 715 West Washington died Monday at
Ionia Manor following an illness of 2 ½ years.

She was born February 9, 1883, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Stowell and
attended Dexter school.  February 13, 1901 she was married to Dexter Connor in
Ionia and he survives.  They made their home at their present address the past
50 years.

Besides her husband she leaves a daughter, Mrs. George Starr of La Grange, Ill.;
a son Samuel of Ionia; 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and one great
great-grandchild.
