Ionia Daily Sentinel – Friday, 19 April 1912
The death of Arthur Conner occurred at his home in Belding suddenly on 
Wednesday afternoon at about two o’clock.  He was out to his barn Friday and 
assisted in some light work there but it is thought he contracted a cold and 
his weakened condition would not respond to treatment.  Mr. Conner was 62 
years old and moved from Easton about 35 years ago having lived in the same 
place all these years.  He operated the dray line for many years and later 
took the agency for the Standard Oil Company which he has carried on 
successfully.  The funeral service will be held at the late home Saturday at 
10:30 a.m.
