Lake Odessa Wave-Thursday March 8, 1962

Chas. Contreras 20, Passed Away Monday
Charles Contreras, 20, son of Mr and Mrs Gabriel (Joe) Contreras of Jordan Lake 
Ave. passed away Monday, February 26 at Coldwater after a long illness. He was 
born in Sebewa township and had been at Coldwater for the last 15 years

Surviving are his parents; two sisters Mrs Aurelio (Lucy) Villa of Hermosa 
Beach, Calif., and George (Mary) Snyder of Webberville; ten brothers, Joseph, 
Robert, Jesse and Maurice of Chicago, Ill., Gabriel  of Detroit, Andrew of U.S. 
Army stationed at Aberdeen, MD, Louis, Bruce, Thomas and Nicholas of Lake 
Odessa.

Funeral services were held on Friday at 10:30 at the Pickens Funeral Chapel with 
burial in Lakeside cemetery. The Rev. Fr. Raymond Pattok officiated.
