Ionia Sentinel Standard – 5 October 1963
Graveside service was held at Portland cemetery Monday at 10 a.m. for Anna 
Cook, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Cook of route three, Portland, 
who died at birth Saturday in St. Lawrence hospital, Lansing.  Surviving 
besides her parents are three sisters, Rebecca, Maria and Bonita; three 
brothers, Gary Michael and Bruce; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Cook 
of Pewamo; and great-grandmother, Mrs. Henry Meade of Portland.  The Rev. Fr. 
J. J. Amman officiated.
