Donald M. Cook
Died Thursday July 26, 2018 at Lansing at home.
Born Sept. 29, 1929 in Pewamo, son of Oscar and Dora (Wohlscheid) Cook. 
Graduated High School & served in the U. S. Army, 
Married to Barbara Smalley for 65 years.
Worked for Oldsmobile, Charter members of St. Gerard Catholic Church
Snowbird in Florida, Many Summers at Houghton Lake.
Preceded in death by parents and 7 siblings.

Survived by wife, Barbara; six children, Annette (Gary) Middleton, Mike (Kim), Steve
(Maria), Lynny (Dave) Vincent, David (Sue) and Amy (Kevin) Schaefer.
Grandchildren; Daniel, Andrew, Nick, Sarah, Matt (Jackie) Vincent (Caroline), Jon, 
Kimberlyn, Sharon, Hannah, Gabby, Jim, Amanda, Jacob, Emma, and Katarine 
Four great-grandchildren: Ben, Sophie, Addie and Braeden; Siblings, Marcia, Jim (Jean) 
Roy (Dee), leon (Jeannie) Cook and Jeanne (Bob) Weber. many nieces and nephews and 
cousins.

Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday August 1, 2018 at St. Gerard Catholic 
Church with Rev. Fr. John Klein. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery, Pewamo
Visitation Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Palmer, Bush & Jensen family funeral home,
Delta Chapel, with Rosary prayed  at 6 p.m., Visitation  Wednesday 9:30 at the Church.
Contributions may be made to St. Vincent Home for Children, with thanks to Hospice
of Lansing for compassionate care.
