JOHN COOK, 68
John M. Cook, 68, of Pewamo, passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. He was born the
son of Alfred and Anna (Huhn ) Cook. John was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church
in Pewamo and the Knights of Columbus #8071. He enjoyed farming and worked at Gen. Corp
in Ionia. During his high school years he enjoyed hunting and boxing for the Golden
Gloves. He loved his cats Cheryl and Boots.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Surviving are his sons, David Cook and Jason Cook; grandson, Bryce Cook; brother; 
Stephen (Diana) Cook; nephew, Stephen Charles Cook; niece, Laura Ann Cook.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 23, at
St. Joseph Catholic Church, Pewamo. Rite of Committal will follow at St. Joseph
Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, April 22 at the St. Mary's
Funeral Chapel, 210 N. Westphalia St., Westphalia.

The Rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to Lehman funeral
