Charles M. Cook Dies at Ionia
Charles M. Cook 88, of route 2, Lake Odessa, died late last Thursday afternoon 
at Ionia Manor following an extended illness. He had been at the Manor six 
weeks.

Born in Sebewa township March 8, 1886, he had lived his entire life on the farm 
where he was born.

In 1905 he was married to Gladys Snyder. He attended the Sebewa Church of God 
and spent the past ten winters in Florida. His daughter, Mrs.Laura Zaukelies, 
died April 13, 1963.

Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Mable Williams of Lake Odessa.

Funeral services were held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Pickens-Koops Funeral 
Chapel in Lake Odessa. Rev. M.L. Lowe and Rev.Noah King officiated and interment 
was at Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa.

A Memorial has been established for the Sebewa Church of God.
