Hasting's Reminder-Saturday June 26, 2010

                         Vaughn R.Cook

ROTHBURY, MI - Vaughn R.Cook, age 63, of Rothbury, and formerly of Lake Odessa, 
passed away Monday, June 21, 2010 in Rothbury.

He was born November 14, 1946 in Hasting to Richard E.Cook and Naida Jean 
(Miller) Cook.

Mr.Cook was raised in lake Odessa where he lived for 25 years. Later, he resided 
in Lansing before moving to the Montague/Rothbury area. He had served in the 
National Guard.

He married Patsy (Bower) on May 7, 1976.

Mr.Cook was a car salesman for 32 years. He also was employed later at Hi Lite 
in Whitehall for seven years.

He enjoyed dear hunting, ice fishing and birdwatching out his backdoor and he 
enjoyed old cars.

He is survived by his wife, Patsy his children, Rae Dean (Dennis) Hood of 
Morrice, Tina M.(Kevin) Gillish of Rothbury, Niki L.(David) Anderson of 
Rothbury, Brian D.(Melissa) Cook of Lansing. Tait J.(Jessica) Cook of Muskegon
and Marc A.Cook of Cincinnati,OH; his mother, Naida Rising of Woodland; his 
sister, Carol (Dan) Marsh of Sunfield; 10 grandchildren and one great-
granddaughter.

Memorials to the Lung Cancer research Foundation, 845 Third Ave. South Floor,
